Your Account (Subscriber's/Member's Area)
You may update the personal information you have shared with ITSect.com, at any time when you are on the ITSect.com website, to which you have your personal and unique login and password.

ITSect.com and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at their sole discretion. If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities that occur under your account or password.

Fees
Full access of ITSect.com services require that you purchase one of our following subscription:

1. ITSect.com SiteSnipe subscription is available for $59 per month and will allow you full access to SiteSnipe.

After signing-up for a subscription, you hereby authorize ITSect.com to charge your credit card for all applicable fees you have incurred in connection with your usage of ITSect.com services. You shall be solely responsible for all charges, duties, taxes and assessments arising out of your purchase of our service.

ITSect.com reserves the right to modify subscription fee from time to time, provided that such modifications will be posted on the ITSect.com website and will be broadcast to its current and future subscribers.

It is your responsibility to notify ITSect.com if your credit card was stolen or expired to make changes, or your service may be disconnected or interrupted.

Moreover, your subscription payment is non-refundable; however, you may stop your subscription at any given time by adhering to our cancellation procedures.

Cancellation
Online Cancellation

For online cancellation, please email us at support@itsect.com.

We seek your authorization by completing an email notification and confirming your cancellation.

All cancellations are processed immediately after you have submitted the online form and you will not be billed subsequently. You may continue to login to the system and utilize the remaining services for your paid subscription.

Fax Cancellation

Fax cancellation is not available at this time.

E-Communication
When you visit ITSect.com or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by email or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, are properties of ITSect.com, except for SiteSnipe content owned by respective website owners.
